Hello class!
Here is the syllabus - the most important pages for us will be 2 & 3, the schedule, which we will follow to the best of our abilities.
Also uploaded are the first 12 pages of the first chapter of the textbook, and the assignment from the chapter.
Use the six questions to write a 7 - 8 paragraph paper. Write an introduction and a conclusion, and in the body paragraphs deal with each question in order. Use the questions loosely if necessary, for example, you don't need to 'do research' about BMCC, you can just describe it briefly in terms of affirmative action. Your paragraphs should only be two to four sentences each.

We'll have a discussion about it on Thursday to get the ball rolling.
